Dear EUSD Families,
It has been wonderful to see so many of our families on campus this week for conferences. Conferences play a vital role in shaping our children's academic progress and overall growth.
Parent-teacher conferences are a time for us to collaborate, exchange insights, and chart a course to ensure that each child is able to reach their limitless potential. However, in recognizing the significance of these conferences, it is imperative that we acknowledge another essential voice at the table – that of our students.
In EUSD, we believe in fostering an environment where student voices are not only heard but cherished. We understand that student input is invaluable in shaping their educational experience and fostering a sense of ownership over their learning journey. By actively involving students in discussions about their progress and aspirations, we empower them to take charge of their academic endeavors and cultivate a deeper sense of responsibility towards their education. This is directly aligned to our EUSD vision and Learner Profile.
On behalf of the entire EUSD family, I wish you a safe and restful spring break.
Warmly,
Andrée Grey, Ed.D.
Superintendent
